3 Principles behind relaxation

Following on from the series of YouTube sessions on stimulation – featuring the ideas of Wim Hof, I taught a series on its’ opposite – relaxation, called ‘Super Relaxation Week,’ exploring three principles behind relaxation. The sessions are available here:

Day 1

Day 2

Nishpara, yoga teacher and volunteer teacher from the Manchester Buddhist Centre, leading a detailed body relaxation and breath meditation.

In this session I review the three principles of relaxation and introduce how to use the Super Relaxation Week worksheet, which can be downloaded here
